I always ignore other people’s remark when they say that Shun isn’t handsome ‘cause I know that there will always be other actors who’d be more good-looking than him and I’m totally fine with it but someone saying that he’s an overrated actor is a bit too much!
OGURI SHUN never was and will never be an overrated actor!
He worked his ass off to get to where he is and as I’m writing this now he’s continuously working hard to perfect his craft!
What’s even more amazing about him is he doesn’t mind being a supporting cast member because he understands that he doesn’t always have to be the main lead to show his prowess.
I know and understand that it’s to each his own but I just can’t take this sitting down especially if his acting ability is being attacked.
And personally there are other actors and actresses whom I don’t think are that great but I always think twice before saying something about them because bashing other people’s idol is just really disrespectful, IMHO.

This is the cake I bought for it’s called “heaven on earth”
I officially became an Oguri fan last July 6, 2009 and decided to start OGuRi LOvE around September 22 of the same year. I wasn’t exactly one would consider a long time fan like the others but from the moment I became one I didn’t waste any time watching and supporting all of his works like crazy. (^_^)
One of the best things that happened to me since becoming his fan was being friends with a lot of Oguri Shun fans around the world. True we haven’t seen or meet each other in person but that doesn’t cross out the possibility that we could actually be friends in real life. Personally, I think all the Shuntomo I made are all awesome and amazing people. Though we’re just online friends right now that doesn’t stop me from caring about them for real.
So anyway,
お誕生日おめでとう 小栗旬君!
2011 was such a wonderful year
and I wish 2012 will be an even better year for you!

LOS ANGELES - “Fast Five” has crossed the $400 million mark in global revenue as it yet again led the international box office race over the weekend with $44.5 million in 52 territories. The turbocharged heist drama pushed the pedal to the metal a month ago and never looked back.
“Thor” and its internationally-appealing cast has continued to generate solid word-of-mouth in 53 territories with a fourth weekend gross of $24.3 million, propelling the super-hero epic to $351.7 million in worldwide revenue.
Debuting internationally in sixth place with $5.5 million for the weekend is the latest from director Woody Allen. “Midnight in Paris,” which opens May 20 in three theaters in North America, played strongly in just three overseas territories, reflecting the fact that Allen has always been a favorite with foreign audiences.
